Shipping policy
- All personalised orders will be dispatched within 10 business days of orders being placed. Please make prior arrangements if you require your item sooner.
- Local pickup can be arranged from our location in Boronia, Victoria 3155.
- We only offer domestic shipping within Australia and do not offer international shipping at this stage.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- If an order has been damaged in shipping or we have made an issue with your item, please contact us directly at bblasercrafts@gmail.com. A replacement will be arranged, however refunds are not offered on personalised items.
- Estimated delivery dates are out of our control, and may not take into consideration unexpected weather events or other natural causes that could delay your item.
